Getting Ripped on a Financial Plateau.
Although your financial situation should not limit your workout plans on occasion it will get on the way. The motivation to keep up with your weekly or daily workouts sometimes becomes hard with limited financial resources, depending on where you are with your fitness journey. Constant dedication to a workout plan is necessary to get that ripped body and this dedication may be not there if you have a demanding after which you just want to rest in your bed. Getting back the motivation to constantly work out and get back in form after a mental plateau is not an easy thing to do. So what the solutions available for when you are on your financial plateau or mental plateau?
One of the best options available when you are experiencing financial limitations or when you are on a mental plateau is setting up a home gym. From a perspective of hygiene, a home gym is better for you. It is common for the owners of communal gyms not to clean up the machines and equipment after they have been used. You are forced to clean up the machines yourself before you start your session or you would have to work out with dirty machines. This ends up wasting your workout time and also exposes you to conditions that are unhealthy. Every week you save a lot of time by not having to drive to the gym. Most of the equipment such as squat rack, bench and adjustable weights will cost you some good money but it will be cheaper in the long-run. What’s more, you can keep on adding barbells, treadmills and pull-up bars to your home gym. the motivation to workout will always be there when you have a free gym at home.
If you do not have the space to set up a home gym or you are experiencing a financial plateau, a makeshift workout is a great option. You can still work out and get that ripped body without a home gym or going to the local gym. Work out using any item available to you just like people did long ago when there were not gym machines available. A backpack filled with heavy items such as books can serve as a great weight for doing squats. Use tree branches to do pull ups or do inverted push-ups on the staircase to increase the angle. A good workout is about the basics of using your bodyweight and carrying heavy items like backpacks just like they do in army training. That’s one way of keeping fit on budget and keeping your motivation high.
